The all-new VIRUS ISOLATOR plate is VIRUS’s latest endeavor to boost your carving experience. This plate is compatible with almost all snowboards on the market. The ISOLATOR optimizes force distribution on the board to save your energy when carving and give you a smoother ride. And by lifting your stance, heel-drag no longer bothers you. The ISOLATOR comes with several rubber pads with different flex rates, so you can adjust the stiffness according to your riding preference. ISOLATOR Standard version with glass-fiber surface. Around 1.2kg per set (4 pieces). 5mm thickness for soft boot and 6mm for alpine. ISOLATOR Carbon Lightweight version with black carbon-fiber surface. Around 1.2kg per set (4 pieces). 5mm thickness for soft boot and 6mm for alpine. Also, we suggest installing the ISOLATOR Pad to prevent damaging your non-VIRUS board. This unit protects the board by reinforcing its binding area.
