Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. (Expressly excluded from this are boards or skis that are built based on rider weight or according to special customer specifications!) The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Virus Sportartikel GmbH, Industriering 8, 63868 Großwallstadt, info@virus-snowsports.com, 

Tel. +49 (0)6022 655553) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

You may also fill in and submit your declaration electronically in accordance with the explanations and forms available under “My eBay” in “Purchase / Purchase History” for the respective item. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fifteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fifteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning those goods that can normally be returned by post. You shall bear the direct cost of returning those goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned normally by post. For goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned normally by post, these costs amount to 150 € EUR. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice of or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
