You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email:

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our online shop under “Withdraw from contract” (“Vertrag widerrufen”).

If you use the electronic withdrawal function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, such as by email. This acknowledgement will contain the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time on which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.

This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We bear the direct costs of returning goods that can normally be returned by post.

For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

This may in particular apply to individually manufactured boards or skis where the product is manufactured specifically on the basis of the customer's individual specifications and therefore constitutes a genuine custom-made product.

A mere adjustment, setup or configuration of an otherwise prefabricated standard product does not automatically constitute an exclusion of the statutory right of withdrawal.
